Apps AI Playbooks

Public guidance on the outside, protected DSE execution copilots on the inside.

Use this site for customer-safe Azure Apps and AI guidance, then move into the protected internal workspace when you need MCP-backed research, weekly rollups, artifact drafting, and Q4 execution help.

Product surfaces

  • Public surface: publishable, customer-ready guidance.
  • Internal knowledge surface: playbooks, role context, and field notes.
  • Internal execution surface: DSE copilot workspace for admin automation.
  • Advanced tools surface: raw MCP, audit, and manual artifact controls.

How to use this site

Start with public guidance, then keep private work private

  1. Browse customer-safe guidance from the featured article list.
  2. Share specific public article URLs with customers or account teams.
  3. Authorized DSE users can open the private workspace after Microsoft Entra sign-in.
  4. Keep internal playbooks, drafts, and operational artifacts inside the private area.

Publishing discipline

Customer-safe content is promoted intentionally

  1. Public articles are written as customer-safe guidance, not internal operating notes.
  2. Internal drafts and playbooks stay behind the private workspace boundary.
  3. Product claims should be checked against Microsoft Learn before promotion.
  4. When in doubt, share the public article and keep the internal workspace link private.

Recommendation: use public article links for customers. Use the private workspace for DSE drafting, operational context, and work that has not been promoted yet.
